How orders work

The shop lets you prepare an eSUN filament order enquiry or request a quotation for a custom part. Product images and material formats are manufacturer references. Colours, packaging, local stock and pricing are confirmed by HKM before an order is accepted.

Opening WhatsApp or adding an item to your basket does not place an order or take payment. We’ll agree the final price, any applicable tax, delivery or collection arrangements, and the relevant order terms with you before you proceed.

Custom projects

Design, programming and printing projects are quoted after we review the requirements. Scope, timing, deliverables and payment terms are agreed for each project.

Your information

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your quote basket is saved in this browser so it remains available as you browse. Removing all items clears the saved basket.

Form entries are used to prepare a message in your browser; the site does not upload them to a server. When you open WhatsApp, the prepared text is passed to WhatsApp. You choose whether to send it, and WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply.
